Window on Cherry Pie Lane

This is from the Masai village we had the honor of visiting and viewing a wedding ceremony. They raise goats and cattle and therefore, need herding dogs. The youngsters seem to be the main herders; taking the animals out in the morning for grazing and watering and returning again at night. I wondered how they could keep them safe here. Their cattle even honor the brush corrals. My rotten cows would take one look and be long gone.  That is the hut one of the families lives in right behind.
