Day 74 Wheels
I have been planning on doing this tribute to my late father-in-law, who passed away early this morning, for several days. Many hours I have spent down shooting at the Steam Museum trying to capture some memories of what he was trying to do there. The wheels of the steam engines and old wagons caught my eye, so this is what I put together. As you can see, red was a very popular color of Grandpa Carl’s.

What a wonderful tribute to Grandpa Carl! He would be so pleased to see what you have done with the photos of all of the things that meant to much to him. I’m so very sorry that he has passed but I know he now is at peace. Please tell Walter that I am thinking of him and praying for all of you as you go through this time of mourning. Thankfully Grandma is all set up in her new house and she can concentrate on making it through the funeral arrangements.
