Day 244 The Taco Bus
Thursday, September 1 – We stopped in West Yellowstone to eat at the Taco Bus. I guess they also have one in Dillon that people rave about. It is just an old bus that is painted crazy wild and serves authentic Mexican food. Guess they go back to Mexico for the winter. I sure wish I had gotten a shot of the bus too. The menu is posted on a board out in front and is numbered photos with prices.

YUM Looks so good! Food Trucks seem to be making a splash in the US.
