Day 223 Memories
Wednesday, August 11 – I made a visit to the Monarch cemetary just at dusk last weekend to do some shooting. There are so many interesting stories to be told here. I am including just a few shots that I found interesting. My 5DM2 amazed me with that clarity at such a high ISO – 3200.

I have always wanted to go wander around there. Every time we drive past on our way to and from Showdown it just intrigues me. Then the weather gets nice and I forget all about it! I think I will have to find a baby sitter for Naomi one of these days before they do their clean up and see what I can find. If you ever head out to Lincoln they have an old cemetry and parts of the original township up behind the Hi-Country shop. It’s pretty interesting up there too.
