Day 218 That Wind Blown Look
Thursday, August 6 – Debbie got on her way home this afternoon via Amtrak. We had such a lovely time for this last week; got to do so many fun things and spend quality time together and with our dear friends, Leslee, Cheryl and Jenn. Thanks to all of them for such a fabulous time. I took these the last night I had my model and had no cooperation at all from the weather. I did get some to upload to my class, but the wind was blowing like crazy and that made it really hard. I got this shot which is rather funny; wish she had been laughing. I didn’t use it for class, but I like it anyway. The other one is another class shot that was done with porch or garage door lighting. I am so pleased that I got some great shots of Debbie.
That top photo still makes me laugh. It isn’t the best shot of me but it was fun trying to take those photos in the 40 mph wind gusts.
I made it home safe and sound this morning at 1:30 AM. The train was 15 minutes early. We made it to our house around 2:30 AM. I’m dragging a bit today.
What a fun time I had in MT. I’m already looking forward to next year!
