Day 79 Grandpa’s Rice and Enchilada
I love Maria’s for Mexican food. Her enchilada sauce is to die for. My favorite dish is Grandpa’s Rice, which is not on the menu, but Maria makes it for me anyway. Highly recommend eating there.

Yum! I didn’t get to eat at Maria’s last summer but I must this summer! One of my all time favorite Mexican restaurants of all time.
