Brooke was in the News
These were on KRTV and the Tribune. Brooke sure lucked out to be included in so many of the images. She was actually in a 4th, but you know how I am about using odd numbers of images.

My Granddaughter graduated last night. What a special gal Brooke is. All her hard work has really paid off with her having the honor of wear the blue honor cords and tassels of the National Honor Society. She also has been awarded 7 scholarships for her future education. She was also one of the nominees for the President’s Award which her brother won two years ago. There is a great future ahead for this beautiful young woman. Here she is waving at us last night.
These are the shadows that play on my bathroom wall each morning. Hmm, wonder what those strange shapes are?
The house that I stayed in at Guango Lodge was wonderful. There were two rooms and no heat though. So every night those of us who stayed there were given hot water bottles to put in our beds, along with a big thick comforter and extra blankets. Â Pure Heaven and nice and toasty all night. There were 4 of us that were tough enough to stay in the unheated building. The rest of the group were in a dormitory type building with a wood burning stove which was nice and warm. Those showers in an unheated room were a sure way to wake up and not waste anytime.
