Day 101 Flowers
I love taking a look at the flowers at the grocery store when I am shopping. This is often where I go for flowers to photograph in the winter.

One of the downsides of being the person who runs a Bountiful Baskets site is the hour you have to be on the road to get there. I have to be there to set everything up, unlock the doors, meet the truck, get the volunteers organized, fill the baskets and be ready for the contributors to come for pickup. It is a job that I enjoy or I would not do it for all the years I have been running the site. Plus the “yummy” rewards of fresh produce is worth it. That is Belt Butte in the image and I pulled off the road to get a quick shot of the sunrise just starting.
This is a great spot to shoot a view of the Highwoods. Funny how the weather gives a completely different view. Compare today with yesterday’s image.
Heading home recently, I noticed a pretty nice snow shower, accompanied by some spectacular clouds, Â that was coming in over the Highwoods.
The camera club had a scavenger hunt last weekend and this was my capture for the word, Movement. A zooming technique that I learned from Bryan Peterson when I went to Portland with him, many years ago.
This is my view everyday of those beautiful Highwood Mountains. Well, that might not be the exact view, as there are times when there isn’t a snowstorm or clouds, but a beautiful sunrise or sunset bouncing some beautiful light on those peaks. What a view and that is why we built our house where we did.
Rosemary is such a sweetie. Such a happy little girl. There is seldom a time when she isn’t smiling or laughing. What a joy she brings to the family.
Rosemary is already learning how to brush her “future” teeth. It works best when you have a tortilla warmer on your head too.
Some one is flying in on the late afternoon flight to the GTF airport. I took this one down at Gibson Park.
