Here is what the weather looks like so far for me. I wonder what Mr. Weatherman is going to say today. Yesterday it was light snow overnight. Not sure we will see that here though. Which is fine with me. Another one of those “out of my bedroom window” photos at dawn taken with an Apple iPhone 5.

Funny how much difference a day can make. It is hard believe that everything was covered in a blanket of snow yesterday. This was actually taken at dusk just a few days before the snow storm.

This first real snow storm of the year hit yesterday. It was all gone, except for the chicken house roof, by evening though. I am not one who enjoys snow or cold. But I do appreciate the beauty it brings to the landscape.

The colorful leaves of fall are almost gone. The arrival of our brief snow storm yesterday sure reminded me of how close winter is. Can’t wait to be heading down south again.
