Day 128 Orchids, Maybe?
I am not sure what these are, but they certainly look like orchids. I didn’t know that orchids grow on trees, so I am not sure. This was a rather large bush and was covered with these gorgeous blossoms.

We had a lovely breakfast our last morning on Maui at a special little place. This is where they whale watch out in front.
This is from the rainforest in the AIO Valley. Anyone have an idea what this says? I bet you can guess even.
Another beautiful sunset in Maui. Notice the ball shape to the left of the palm tree? There was a group of people playing on the beach still at dusk.
We got to watch them give the palm trees their yearly haircut. I found it very sad. I am sure glad I took the photos I did with them before, as they looked pretty naked after. It is a litigation issue. I guess they are afraid a coconut will fall on someone. They not only removed the flowers and the baby coconuts, but they trimmed the branches way  back too.
Here is a shot of Front Street in Lahaina, Maui, from a local pizza shop we were at enjoying lunch. This is really close to Fleetwoods on Front Street, the restaurant owned by Mick Fleetwood. This particular day was rather quiet, as there were no cruise ships docked. Add the population from one of those big guys and the town is hopping.
