This little Glowing Puffleg was thoroughly enjoying the afternoon rain shower. Notice the drops on his bill. Â It looks like we are going to have beautiful weather for the 4th. Hope to get some good fireworks images. The pullets are starting to lay. Lily and Tristan love gathering eggs each day.
These fallen leaves were resting on a palm font at Mirador Rio Blanco. Such a beautiful place in the cloud forest. We found out very soon why it is called the cloud forest. The clouds literally are right there around us because of the high altitude.
